Get Involved!
UCSF is dedicated to promoting diversity on its campus. Outreach events are held year-round, and we are always looking for volunteers to share their experiences with high school and college students, and let them know what a unique place UCSF is.
To learn more about some of UCSF's outreach programs, click here. Contact the program coordinator if you would like more information or want to get involved.

Important Change to Travel Reimbursement Policies
UCSF Accounting has recently changed its policy with regard to reimbursing hotel expenses. Please take note of this when you make any travel arrangements to attend meetings and conferences for which you plan to be reimbursed NIGMS/UCSF funds.
Effective immediately, it will no longer reimburse hotel costs purchased through Internet discount vendors such as Hotels.com where individuals do not pay the hotel directly and do not receive itemized bills from hotels breaking down their expenses into daily room fees and taxes. In order to be reimbursed, you MUST submit an itemized bill from the hotel.
