MyAccess Login Information
MyAccess is UCSF's single ID and password system. The student portal has joined other campus systems, including the Collaborative Learning Environment (Moodle), the financial aid portal (Net Partner), wireless access, and VPN, to use MyAccess for authentication. MyAccess reduces the number of user ID's and passwords that students need to remember.
If you have not registered for MyAccess yet, please direct your browser to http://myaccess.ucsf.edu, click the link for new users, and enter your UCSF e-mail address.
If you have forgotten your MyAccess ID or password, please direct your browser to http://myaccess.ucsf.edu and click on the appropriate link.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of student education records. Only university officials who have a legitimate educational interest in a student's record may access the student's record. Access to student records is limited to the information necessary to perform your authorized or assigned task. All other access and disclosures are prohibited. Read more about FERPA and privacy. Refer all requests from non-university officials for access to student records to the Office of the Registrar.
